Why is it fail the str won't proximate over it ? Curious since I buy it.

I buy it in hopes it stacks 2 x the str add I thought it worked as crit does.

Did not know it turns bit over 30 ee on top that str .

damage stacks better with similar amount of ee to strength.
so using it on a barb with 80 base strength would give 142 strength + anything on other equip is similar to ~32ee and that's without strength on either armor or charm which is unlikely.
adding even 30 strength to armor/charm will drag it closer to a 20ee longsword
