Im not buying any items with charm-masteries besides heal mastery on them.
Dex-Robes (No Paddeds):
Lvl 20 with 30 dex+
Any lvl with 40 dex+
Str-Robe or Medium Armor:
Lvl 10 with 25 str+
Str-Heal (any heal-charm fits):
Lvl 15 with 28 str+ or 22 str+ with crit
Tank-Scales:
Lvl 40 with 140ee+
Lvl 50 or 55 with 160ee+
