Well, no surprises here.

a well is a well. simply put. the man said he never agreed to drop situation, exempting proof to the contrary, id have done the same thing had there been no previous arrangement. for all we know everyone else in game clicked on this item and because it went to cam there will be no proof to the contrary. it twas the case everyone here would be slamming the 3rd or 4th persons in group. the item was never owned by the other individual and thus never stolen. anyone here with decency would sell the dagger and evenly split profits amongst the people in the group. that's the way it was a long time ago for those that remember and the way i would probably handle it myself today. i wouldn't trust anyone else to take said item and divide out the remainder later. u don't like public welling kick everyone from group and fucking well by yourself, if ur gear sucks so bad you cant oh well thank god you didn't play pre arena nerf because you would never have welled anything back then.

you right in many ways friend but he DID own the item. it was his white lvl 50 dagger that was put into the well. that to me declares ownership just my thoughts.

Whomever bought this dagger is a moron. You pretty much just said "it's okay" to this whole situation...

weather he agreed to it in game or said nothing, everyone knows that it is a GM rule to let the thrower get the drop. And for someone that made it to monk should know this, he is only after FG because the past to guilds he was in was buying FG for GPs.

Thanks to, Sex, this was on big payday for him. Now, he can take his 30k and be godly at another game.
