And you’re PMing ppl trying to get them to BIN at prices between the already taken DL and less than the posted BIN.

That’s just a perspective of it. There are no rules you’re required to abide by. So you can do whatever you want.
Looks like someone told him to set a DL but he doesn't really understand what a DL is... or any of the etiquette that goes along with it (like not taking PM offers and trying to attribute them to the topic when the bidders are not posting publicly or verifying their bids), so he may end up being BM but he's not intentionally so from my standpoint.
Anyway, if you're a bidder on this item, be aware of that
