I have a quick question regarding the stated item ISO's for glyphing.
the part I bolded.
it says +10 Int < (less than sign) tier III +
...does tis mean he's looking for stuff ~tierIII and less? but then it says tier III +

Just confused whetehr it's tierIII and under, or even lvl 5, 10, 15, etc items as well.

You can still put up lower tier items with:
10+ int <<< Tier 3 +

15+ dex, str,
4+ magic luck
7+ experience
350+ max mana
5+ life steal
5+ critical strike
5+ mind numb
5+ armor pierce
