Awesome offer for sure. But I regret to inform you that I'm currently working on a deal with somebody for an offer/price much higher than what you have just offered. I don't feel it is necessary to publicly reveal who it is and at what price, but the details are being ironed out and agreement is just about set. The only reason its not listed as reserved is because I'm not 100% sure yet it's going down with him. If he decides against it, or changes his mind, then I'll let you know.

I guess it's worth mentioning now though, that I won't be selling at 130k, it will be much higher. Like the price of the deal I'm working on now.
I figured it is useless to put your offer as the C/o, since it's such a large sum of fg and I'm sure you don't want it tied up. Plus, you asked for D/L, not an offer. If you want me to list as C/o let me know.
