i really don't. it's typically my practice to just start dl's when i think people have had enough time to see, bid, and figure out their fg.
imo, bins are for things that should simply be placed for sale on the marketplace and don't belong in the forums.
with that said, it seems silly to keep you, PhRiip, and philly waiting on the 30 fire longer than necessary, as everybody seems well-funded and aware of what's going on - with the possible exception of KingZize, who'll have to do more than pm me a list of my own gear to make me want you to wait for him. i will agree to a 24 hour deadline on that starting from philly's offer; it will reset with subsequent offers, but i will end any extensions-via-reset early IF all parties who have offered since the beginning of the dl indicate IN TOPIC their intent to not make further offers.
tl;dr = 30 fire dl starts @ philly's post, offer if you want it, post if you want to offer within 24 hours but can't afford to currently, and otherwise, say byebye to arguably the best 30 charm in the game, cause i'm preeeeeeeeeetty damn sure neither of these guys is ever gonna sell it
as i expect that the intel gear fits a relatively broader set of isos, i think it prudent to wait a bit longer on that.
