yeah the 44 ee may not be alot but throw that in main and you can heal adn cast on acc charm fine

It has perf ml and some ee to help out
Seen ml items with 12 ml going for ~ 300 fg a few times.
Nor can you compare a 100 ee attack charm to a completely different item. Use your head.
