if he binned it via pm fine then this thread shouldn't have not been bumped and closed, but it looks like he ran the d/l from what you posted

imo i also asked to bin this robe when it was first found if it came to be traded hence why we binned it

Well, he offered 2.5k for it, and then i pm'd him back and told him he could have a DL with that (and then he was offline)
Then the robe was binned.

And ya, I made a public thread so guys like you, Ryan, could see it

I didn't think it would be binned so quickly though, which is where i screwed up

If the item was bined then sell to the first person who bin'd it, 2 bms dont make a right lol....pm trading is frowned upon but is done my the majority so imo sell to whoever bind first.

Would anyone argue if i said start the bidding over? O_o

Yea, I offered 2.5k a few weeks ago as you told me you were probably going to keep it w/i the guild. It seems that the Trust guys didn't want it and it hit thread.
I did offer the 2.5k again and was hoping that you'd just sell it to me for that.
However, while I was in a cata, you sent me the reply saying that you'll make that a 48 d/l and add a 24 & Bin if that was okay.
Obviously, I would have bin'd it regardless of price. IMO: what would have alleviated this problem would have been to wait for my response before posting any d/l or BIN.

I think the error was on XBxGX and unfortunately will cost me the armor. HB cpe413--give it to him.
