it is same if you have 200ee tier III weap or 80ee tier III weap, that's what I meant
and I know both are unspawnables, I have played LS since september 08
€: last update notes;
- Cap on effective EE now adjusted to be +20EE over the tier max. (This affects high proficiencies on high EE items, as well as unspawnables)
You would have to be looking for unspawnable to be able to achieve the 80 cap on the items now because You dont have any prof.......... Don't go telling people they have just failed they were trying to be helpful and you Telling some one off trying to help you makes them look like an ass.
