Given no-one else has had a crack,
personally see it at 500-2000.
lvl 25 is getting to the stage of needing more int than more mana as with any luck your group is good enough to get levels fast enough that your mana from base int should cover at least 75% of a level.
This would be ideal for solo offcasters or people who play in slower groups but the guys who are in slower groups are also paying less fg for things ;)
So comparing to this:
https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=104893930&f=273your item is 11 less int, 5 higher levels, same mana. the person who bought had little or no interest in the fire mastery.
The 11 int and 5 higher levels are both extremely significant. if this was a level 20 axe i'd be closer to 3-4k and if it was same int same level i would expect a similar sort of price (given the same amount of interest, unsure how many of the top players have similar axes)
I'm probably wrong but that's also why no-one attempted to price check this, is
we don't really know.kinda agree on that part of the post, rest i value the item alot differnetly
on lvl 0-15 mana > int while 15-25 int = mana and 25+ int > mana
your item has the same int as a lvl 0 item which makes it pretty much useless in my view, and i would be suprised if you see anything close to the 500, but than again market is crazy atm so who knows
i see it as a 20-100fg item which is at best a temp at worst a glpyh
on axe which is pala / hh you need every possible int you can get so you dont hold to much your group back
/E: i also should add i would have valued the scale alot differnetly too ;D and i was suprised it went for that much
