Yes and some objectives give you extra stat points which are pretty useful especially if your gear isn't high end (Objectives only spawn if you explore the maze).
If you can do it to lvl 71, do it. Lvl 55-mq are the most exciting levels dropwise.
But maybe rerolling is the better option.

Maybe you find a group that helps you to reach mq.

will try do play some solo first, was thinking about fishing my way up to lvl 71
but that probably isnt the smartest thing to do

having only 7 slots in the invetory is the biggest problem, could have gotten more by now if i hadnt skipped
