that should be sellable, mastery+int is always better than pure int no matter how low it is, for someone who's not capped with earth mastery due to profs this is +/- a 34 int robe equivalent

i'm pretty bad with price checks, but i would say 300-500fg should be possible; but better wait for someone with more knowledge of prices, i can only tell you that it should be worth selling and not shrining or selling as a skillable
