wait 1 min and enter cata again

Btw im iso now:
40<->55lvl heal with ee (below 100ee is fine)
Scale or leather lvl 35<->55 with ee or dex
Mq charm with dex better than my +34
Dagger lvl 40-45-50 with some ee
