Catch is, they need to be Tier III or lower. Must be usable at level 1. (Cracked, Steel Leaf, Bone)

Thanks, I have some plans for these. I noticed a lot of these threads up, so I'd imagine my collecting will be a very slow process given the rate at which these things drop. So I figured I'll have to make it worth peoples while to trade with me and pay them well.
