Values are pretty low for this tier, not sure if usable
You don't really need int at that level for healing as you mostly kill mobs in few hits and probably you'd be better off using regular high value dex/str armor

I'd probably only bother trying to sell these 3. The int charm is a bit questionable but may sell. Ee on axe probably good enough to sell for like 20fg or so. Padded robe may sell but again questionable.

This one is pretty nice but sorry I couldnt tell you the price.
My understanding is at around level 20+ mana isnt as necessary.

Mastery generally less useful than int (heal might be different) so usually just a beneficial side mod
