i have started my rogue character roughly 1 week ago and today i decided to continue , ive noticed i have my caracter named but it was no class selected and i was upset i might lose my items i found before and seems to be my inventory the same and my character items gone.. is there a way i can get my character back ? or why its gone? maybe i dont understand something ...

Ladder reset

All your items will be on that char you had . Just have to start him over

When a player successfully passes there master quest on an Alchemist, they reset the ladder for that core.(in this case reset Softcore)
at this point all characters are set back to the beginning just like in diablo. except you get to keep your items of proficiencies.

Now its time to begin the grind. a season can last anywhere from a few days to a year.
