Am I more likely to catch higher tier fish if I wear my ML gear?

I would say no, as fish don’t have stats.

Im pretty sure the chance is equal for each tier unless you are fishing in a well (and fishing at or over 15)

Luck is useless if you fall asleep waiting on a bite….just like here if you don’t pay attention and your rod breaks.
