Will a +1 Well Map created during an Event with +2 or +3 Wells affect the number of Wells appearing for that Map?

No maps arent changed by well adds for some reason afaik

I am under the same impression. It is like +X# EPs when creating a Map... the Map option for this is Allowed, yet Maps do NOT allow for Wells, thus +X# Well maps should not be effected by the Event. It is a pity though.
