vitality from sources other than hard investment do not have this accumulative effect.
Vitality on gear is basically a dead stat to my knowledge.
I know this, that is why I did NOT state Vitality from ITEMS (weapon / armor / main charm) in my question... it is related to Glyphs that have a Time limit and Vitality... do you get more hit points once you obtain a NEW level during the time limit of the Glyph, just like clearing Soften the Sneaky shell at earlier levels (
once* you level up, it is regarded as hard point, so you gain the hit points).
You understand now?

I understand what your asking, but idk the answer I guess this could easily be tested just use a glyph with vita at low levels get to lvl 5 and let it expire and check 2 different characters with the same vita before and after the glyph expires, or could just use the one character and do the math.
But I would venture to say it doesn't add health from the glyphs same as gear with vita on it even during the effect of the glyphs.
I concur, I don't think that Glyphs do apply the hit points like Sneaky... it would actually be very beneficial if Glyphs did this because they have a time limit, and during that time, you gain levels... so the reward of glyphing these items would be more advantageous.

No, the amount of life you receive per level does not increase while a glyph is active. Vitality only adds physical defense.
Thanks for the clarification of your post... do you have any reference to confirm it?
