is there a way to use developer tools in internet explorer/chrome to right click an item and see the price history? or some other way...??

or is the only way to see a price history in my goldlogs?

Theres a way to get the item number via the developer tools, and then past that item number into the item history screen thing when you view and item, and it will show you.

At least i think there is.

If youre on the page with the items (like in someones character screen so you can see the item with its stats) you can click on it and it gives you the history. Like, you cant do it on the LS page itself, it has to be on someones character screens.

This section will explain how to find what an item has been bought/sold for in the past.
1. Find the item on the person's account.
2. Right click over the item.
3. Select Inspect element.
4. Right click on the number right above the highlighted line that pops up and select Edit as HTML. This is the item's ID.
5. Select and copy the item ID.
6. Replace [ITEMID] with the item ID in the link below:

i dont see an item Id when i inspect the item...

it worked before, but sometimes doesnt. idk

go to their char screen and click the item. its easier anyway.







EDIT::

For the right click inspect to work, you have to click on the title of the item anyway. so may as well just click it lmao

yeah thats what i was trying to figure out, if there was something i was missing to make it easier lmao

few years ago there was gresmonekey or Chrome add-on which allow you to show item ID link under the stat I'm not sure if it was against any rules of forum but I remember it works
but it was +/- 11/12y ago so when most of current players stil wearing diapers
