I have a lot of maps I found from completing catacombs. How do I tell if they are valuable?

Are maps only valuable if they are lvl req 25+ or do +xx treasure chests make maps valuable? Are maps with only +xxx warm lights worth anything


I'm very noob so any tips would be appreciated.

Monster difficulty high level maps
EP maps, mostly high level
Treasure chest maps
Well maps at low levels


basically most of these are sellable.

Nobody knows
