Solo explore to find the best gear?

Exploring will produce the best drops most of the time. you best bet for fg is to sell skillable items.
everything lvl 40+ sell pretty quickly. check the trade sections and you will find lists of what people sell.
the most important are the lvl 55 items. magicals=10fg, rare = 12, mystical = 14. after that they go up much quicker. like iv sold angelics for 18-19fg. and so on.

Selling skillables. I wouldn't rely on finding good items, its unlikely. But yes, solo explore would be your best chance.

yes. they are items people use to rank up their glyphing and Transmuting.

Non magical items(white) are actually more valuable. as people buy them to well. 50's go for 50+fg, and 55's go for 110+fg right now.

What is "explore"? Catacombs or maps? Or perhaps it doesnt matter?

As everyone already said, selling skillables that are level 40+ would be the fastest for fg.

In my opinion, if fg is all you are after and don't care about prof or MQing, the best approach to this would be to level to level 55, invest in some level 50 or 55 gear with the fg you have and explore the catacombs for EPs and death farm (purposely die).

Death farming will keep you from leveling and increasing difficulty of monsters with the chance to continually hunt EPs
During this event, EPs spawn regularly, so you shouldn't have an issue dropping some level 40-55 skillables to sell for the values that BwJ and Juston provided.

I would suggest getting paid per gp.
Then exploring mazes, looking for well maps is
a ez start and u can have crap t3 gear.

Just complete early mazes looking for maps with wells.
Then if you can kill (I haven't looked at your gear)
Hunt evil presences by exploring, and wells.
Collect any white gear (not magical) to throw in wells
And produce more items

Some people intentionally die high lvl to stay at like 60 to try to spawn max high level drops.
Cuz skillers will buy them junk or not for a decent penny.
I made 300fg off 2 solo climbs selling absolute junk. Lvl 55 items sell min 9-10fg no matter what.

I suggest you look into getting tutored and really learning the value of stats and what's in the market.

If u need help my guild is friendly to New players. And I pay per gp and have loaner gear, and discord so we can answer questions and help faster
But I also suggest looking into other guilds as well. We arent the only ones who can help. There's a few guilds willing to teach loan and help you build up as well

If fg is your only goal here go play something like d2r or path of exile
