1. the item you drop in directly corresponds to the level of the monster. there is variance on the actual monster itself, but for example you drop in a lvl 25 white, you will be fighting a lvl 25 EP monster. It also uses the actual item in its fight, so if you drop in a lvl 25 dagger and it ends up rolling a 160EE 25 dagger, be prepared for quite a strong hitting monster.

This is worthless for fighting, but People use it for skilling to level skills, so its worth 10FG each magical lvl 55. Vs a lvl 50 Magical which is only worth 3FG. Bighead profile is reasonably up to date & accurate for pricing https://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=193561

Yes, you drop a white item in, and the monster will drop the same item that rolls magical or higher. Yes there seems to be correlation between the monsters toughness and the drop, but is not confirmed.

Its based on your prof level. The higher your prof level, the easier time you’ll have getting higher lvl fish. Thinks its either level 5 or 6 you can catch the next tier of fish(more hp/mana per fish)

3. I have some 300+ damage level 50 items, are those worth anything? (Nothing crazy on them) or do i just sell to shrine for health? ( I see some people buy all level 25+ items for 1 Gold each? Why??

On weapons, you want Enhanced effect will be the most desired, then int or int+mana, or magic luck (or combo). On armors you’ll want str, dex, EE, ML, etc

You can sell items to skillers for transmuting or glyphing

4. When I am grouped with someone and run out of items to sacrifice to shrine for heals, I just sit in town and heal, is there something faster? I cant imagine my group likes waiting for me...

Fish, grouping with a healer, or health regen gear

5. Lastly, why should i group? I noticed if anything good pops up someone takes it almost instantly, seems bette to just run solo?

Better drops I think if you have a group, but less chance to get it. Its also way faster climbing in a group usually

1. Exactly that. Drop in only a white item, kill the monster, receive the rewards. Higher lvl item gives higher lvl monsters and higher lvl drops. After a few items dropped in the well (could be 1 item could be a billion items it is random) the well will disappear or poof and will no longer appear.

2. Get higher proficiency in fishing and use higher lvl rods to get better fish

3. I’m too lazy to see what you have good but people are buying lvl 25 and higher items for 1 fg or a little more so they can transmute them and get more experience so they can mute higher lvl stuff. Also, you can use the essences you muted to either reroll the stats on an item or to sell the essences

4. Get better regen gear and you will regenerate your health or mana faster

5. I’ll answer that one later or let someone else tackle it

6. If you don’t like people taking all the drops then yes solo is better. If you are wanting to get master quest quicker so you can hopefully discover a new character then playing in group is much better. Also, drops tend to be a little better in group but you have to be quick/lucky to pick up the items.

Everything based on Quality of stats on item, you would want to at least get a PC for the item in the Forums and then you can choose whether to just throw it up or make a post.
