Might not be the correct place to ask, but is there some kind of charts or something to look at when checking price on items?

I can see that Enchanced Effect is something to look at, but is there anything else? And does lvl req matter?

Apart from enhanced effect, dexterity, strength and intelligence are main mods that boots damage, and thus carry value. This should be in relation to the item lvl still, so e.g a lvl 40 armor with 15 strength is not going to be valuable. There is further nuances to all of this, as for instance, you’d want intelligence primarily on robe armors (which can be used by mage, warlock and alchemist - the main casting classes).

In addition, magic luck as well as extra equipment slots are useful mods on their own.

Lastly, having a look through threads in the trade section, as well as the market place in game might provide some flavor as to what is being valued by the market. It’s not a very liquid market however, so there will be a lack of comparable items most of the time.
