Hello, first time on LS and so far #49 Barb in HC. I've been stuck with the same gear since 20 something a Magical Fine Alloy Axe VII with 55ee 99 to 119 dmg and Godly Shell Scale Armor V +5 vit +255 max hp and then a bunch of useless crap. So now at lvl 38 I have to stop after every or every other fight to wait n heal. Is there something else I should be doing to get better gear ? I tried marketplace and using all my scrolls but haven't got crap.

Getting some Enhanced Effect armor (plate, chain, scale), or at least a higher lvl armor, will help you quite a bit.

How much vita have you done until now to boost your life?

I am not a HC player but looking at your gear I would definitely say upgrades need to happen. If you arent opposed to using Fg to buy a few things I would check out the MP.
I do not have a HC char to check for you but I would search for a lv 30-40 weapon with 40-60 EE (unless you want to spend more fg for 80-100ee).
Add a Scale/Leather/ChainMail?plate with 50ee
Also a Charm with +15-20 Dex minimum.


Also quality adds might be purchasing some Life regen gear for when you are in town.

You need a level 30-35 armor with enhanced effect along with a new weapon
