Weird ive been skilling on mobile forever and just today when i click and hold mute it brings up an image

Been using Brave here with no issues muting, if you are willing to try another browser.

Right me too, I had this last night when it never happened before..

i closed everything it didnt change. might delete chrome app and try again

Was probably an update to Chrome. Unfortunately may have to change browser

you can delete app and reinstall
or you can go to app settings (i swiped up and searched chrome settings). there is an option to delete all updates and revert to original settings
