Anyone know why i cant create new characters? I'm down to 11 now..and dont want to delete anymore to build a new mule.

Only can have 8 sc 8 hc

If u delete a char, cant make another unless it's other core

strange as i see people with more than 8 hc.

It was changed but if u alrdy had them u can keep them until u delete

Its new. You used to be able to create 16 characters regardless of core, so they are grandfathered in.

I came back, deleted half of HC chars to make room for SC chars, went back to HC and am stuck with 8 again. Don't be like me. Do your research.
