What is it you want to transmute? there is a grafic list somewhere.

Look click on your transmute tower, check your min, then add 2 levels minus 1 stat. That is your max!

I have lvl 30transmute but i dont know if need first Reach 31lvl or posible on 30rank mute

yes u need lvl 31 to start doing magicals 30s

as others said you need 1 more prof than the item level to mute magical and it goes per prof:

magical -> mystical -> mythical -> legendary -> unique -> next higher tier magical

so +1, +3, +5, +7, +12, +1
