Feels like 50% speed during 3/4 of the climb,
Tried to clear cache, cookies, change browser, reboot pc, reset my internet, but nothing seems to be working.

All happened randomly, nothing in the taskbar running, cmdping is fine,

I'm EU btw

Anyone having the same issue lately? Is there a fix or something I'm missing?

Had this issue for several weeks in December and earlier this month. As of about Jan. 10th or 11th things have been pretty smooth for me though.
