Is this game completely rng based or its like the higher level you are the better effects on items can drop (fox example high ee etc)

Also is there any guide what to look for in sttas that might be worth be using in future climbs?

Very random, items don't often get good stats. Very hard to find good items.

Magic Luck will increase odds, but still aren't going to make it just a day in the park every time you open the game

To answer your question. NO, it does not increase Better drop quality because you are higher level, it ONLY benefits the Item Level (Tier) that drops while being higher level.

Example: If you are level 25, you will find items from Level 1 (Tier I / II & III) or higher UNLESS you are welling, which will have a chance to give you a side drop two(2) tiers higher, so dropping a Tier III white item into the Well at level 7 and you kill that monster, you have a small chance of getting a side drop that is level 5 (IV) or 10 (V), but not higher.

Example: excluding welling, if you are level 45 and kill a normal monster, you have a chance that it drops a level 35 (Tier X) item, but, it does NOT help improve the mods on it (if any).

Note: more often when killing, you get zero(0) drops.

you can be level 101, kill an EP or 2, and itll drop a tier 1 white. This game isnt for drops lol

It can also drop a 280 ee lvl 55 scale armor too but you probably have better odds winning the mega jackpot from every country in the world than you would for finding this item on LS but hey…..ya never know
