So REALISTICALLY is it viable to solo with full robe intel gear on all classes?

Can you still kill quickly with caster Sammy / Pally / etc ?

yes, will generally want 200ee+ mq charm.

if you want to cast on hh, you must use lightnings and wilds

a bit more info here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=83166183&f=74

i would also recommend just melee'ing first 10-20 levels, about 100 fg worth of melee gear is same speed as 2000 fg+ worth of caster gear for those levels

Key is how you define quickly..

Absolutely doable to solo all chars casting. Would personally NOT recommend unless you have VERY solid gear. Feel free to browse my characters to get a sense of what is far away from VERY solid.

Yeah I know all of that but I guess what im trying to get at with this post is it better to get the dex robes / charms, EE axe, EE daggers then the intel robes and EE charms.

Or is it better to go full on all in on intel robes and EE light charms so play caster on all classes.

even if you could get 1m fg easily, doesn't mean you can get gear to play.
Yes, its doable to play casting on all characters but you would need good offcasting gear for those classes. Which isn't like going to wallmart and buy the thing you want, it's hard to get gear here on LS.
Would suggest to get melee gear for melee classes since its easier to get mediocre gear if you scan the forums.

Exactly. He just pointed out my fg and im basically saying the fg doesnt mean anything. I have my melee setup but with Andrea pushing ladder reset fast im wondering if I should buy a bunch of fg sell all my stuff to raise more fg then just be on the hunt for very good lightning charms and intel gear.

Simple answer is Yes.

Mage (at least 75-100 vita base then rest int, use melee gear from level 1 to 15 or 20 and switch over... remember you want heal charms)
Samurai (at least 75-100 vita base then rest int, use melee gear from level 1 to 15 or 20 and switch over... remember you want heal charms)
Paladin (at least 75-100 vita base then rest int, use melee gear from level 1 to 15 or 20 and switch over... remember you want heal charms)
Monk (at least 75-100 vita base then rest int, use melee gear from level 1 to 15 or 20 and switch over... remember you want heal charms)
Ninja (at least 75-100 vita base then rest int, use melee gear from level 1 to 15 or 20 and switch over... remember you want heal charms)
Warlock (at least 75-100 vita base then rest int, use melee gear from level 1 to 15 or 20 and switch over... remember you want heal charms)
Headhunter (at least 75-100 vita base then rest int, use melee gear from level 1 to 15 or 20 and switch over... remember you want heal charms)
Alchemist (at least 75-100 vita base then rest int, remember you want heal charms)

The difference are the +Int weapons required:

Mage (staff or dagger)
Samurai (dagger)
Paladin (Axe)
Monk (Staff or dagger)
Ninja (dagger)
Warlock (staff)
Headhunter (Axe: Only charms you can use = Lightning + Wild Heals)
Alchemist (NONE)

Now you can buy up the best Lightning and Wilds that you can afford and use only these charms with each build, and work on the weapons you require with each Class.

Goodluck and have fun.

EDIT: of course you will need to buy the Int Robes (Hopefully Padded).

I mean, if you want to be cheap about things, pick up lightnings 30+ and wild heals 30+, melee everything 1-30 (focus on ee armors/robes for lower levels), and the low level ee weapons are cheap. Skip the worst of the mana issues, stack shriners in your vault, etc.

Easily doable. Samurai and HH will still be AIDS to solo though.
