Maybe try changing ur dns to google dns?

Hey, wtf would I know, I live in New Zealand near the south pole and am not lagging at all.

EDIT: OHH, I forgot... I am using a 1 (one) Gigabyte RAM computer that was purchased in 2010 that has to use a Wireless connection because it doesn't have an inbuilt one (oh... that is also like 10 years old and still functioning).
