Lvl 32 mage

1) Acc charm does not seem to provide stats?
2) I put 10pts in Vitality rest INT is this a good build for HC?
3) I have 7 ability points where do I put them? Powercast?
4) Is Master Quest hard?
5) Basically I pickup every +1 item and sacrifice at shrine for hp/mana is this a good strategy?

1, acc charm only applies enhanced effect, afaik it has 25% less effectiveness but also mana cost, so for solo you should have damage charm in main slot and heal in acc
2, depends on solo or group climb, I'm not sure, depends on gear
3, again depends on solo or group, if solo powercast yes
4, no
5, yes, but it's better to focus on higher tier and magical level items, they shrine for more

No.

Make 2 characters and then click on marketplace
Click transfer at top of marketplace and you can click items into box to move to mule

On HardCore key is to have max life on items at low lvl ( even some max life is good), and overall you put 75-100 to vitality.

Remember, you die only once here, like irl 😋

Since someone posted some advice, I will just reply to these and add on later:

#1: As someone stated, only Enhanced Effect applies in the Acc slot... I am not a fan of using Damage in main slot UNLESS, it also has Heal Mastery &/or Intelligence... especially at higher levels with a robed character... SO, you don't want to die, healing is better in Main slot.
#2: Vitality to minimum base of 75 (IF, you have solid gear and heal charms), or 100 solo with crap / mediocre gear.
#3: Chose ONLY 2 abilities ... your mage ability like you posted PowerCast, and remember healing, so you should use Salvation.

Now... those are my choices, you choose for yourself and test it out... at higher levels it gets worse solo'ing (hard to find a good group in Hardcore), ALSO ... I would suggest to MELEE with EE weapon & maybe a +150+ Max life item from level 1 to 15 before casting, then this way you will have more points in Vitality for more hit points and be able to cast longer in the catacomb.

Again, test, trial and error to your play style... good luck and have fun.

EDIT: SHRINING... switch out your +1/2 Tier 1's for Tier III Magical... you don't need to waste time with crap shrines until higher levels when drop quantity only drop s Tier I / II / III more frequently that something good... also, the more Mods on the items, like a +5 Tier III items with crap mods, is REALLY good to use even @ level 20, so more mods and Tier helps, so learn to trashcan from inventory if you are full to pick up a better shrine... oh... if you find +5 Tier VI to IX ... put these up on MP @ 1fg (of course crap mods) to get some income... if unsure of an item... post in HC trade thread "Price Check"
