Okay... I miss the old PvP Arena, and Paul also stated YEARS ago he would bring it back. There are those that remember it, and those that don't have a clue.

Old PvP Arena was a rectangle of squares and you can ONLY attack vertically and horizontally.
Casters could attack two(2) squares vs Melee being right in front of their opponent.

The odd thing about the Arena, there were NO Obstacles like a Boulder you could use, so all you needed to do was trap them into a corner or back wall.

My suggestion is to bring back PvP Arena and add in some obstacles to make it challenging.

Note: I am sure there could be other things added like prizes or PvP Arena Event things also, but have not thought that far.

I voted yes, pvp arena mayhem was good times, could even implement a fg wager system, team duels, etc.

I will go caster, hide behind a boulder (center[centre] of 9 squares) and hope that I choose the direction you pop your head out...

Anyway, I just thought if a "Boulder" took up one(1) square, it would be interesting in a Team battle (3 v 3) and a "Hill" took up 4 squares [center(centre) = 2x2] then the battle could get interesting.

Your spells would bounce off my 200 ee armor like a BB gun shooting a tank, while I slowly creep up on you with my club like a fat Michael meyers and then continuously thump you like a Neanderthal!!

Have you ever played LS PvP Arena? Do you think you can have a 200% ee armor when you are level 1? Get a clue before posting crap wannabe know it all jargon.

EDIT: in other words, there used to be rules to PvP like level cap n gear etc.

EDIT2: your 200% ee armor (what, plate, scale, robe etc) ... what character class? what amount of Intelligence have you added or what comes from your equipment... damn, talk about a square way of thinking when you have not thought about game mechanics still working in PvP.

Pvp was pointless.
Lots features removed or nerfed to oblivion. Pvp is the only thing I can think of taken away that I don't want back.

These are two(2) reasons why their votes don't affect each other directly. One won't use PvP Arena, whereas the other person will for their OWN purpose.

It is like "choosing" the core you play versus another persons choice, or it is like "Toggling" an option "On/Off" ... it has no reflection on YOU and what you WANT to do.

So ask yourself, does this affect me and how I play the game currently? The simple answer is NO, but, if it was applied, then others can enjoy it based on how they want to play ladder slasher.

I personally want it for selfish reasons. Like settling disputes and petty funny arguments. It would be nice to duel my friends.. cuz when we dog on each other nothing seems nicer than challenging em to a fight. Even gambling on stupid things with friends. Like who can take the most hits from this dudes sword. So on so forth. But it was pretty fun before. And then it was also pointless as a factor of the game as well

But I enjoyed it
