I know many people do not play HC, but was there a pool to implement HC type of play without option to buy items (just sell)?

That way we could have official Bufcore type of game.

Also, this game should be released not only here but on Google play and Alple store - would get much much players to the game.

Just sell? So who would buy them? Regular hc. Players? Or would they be sold to bank?

So if I read this correctly;

New Core (Bufcore)
Market place would not have a Buy option, but only a Sell option where normal Hardcore can buy that item and use?

Does that sought of sum it up?

Not sure if it can be done, but not a bad suggestion, would you have 8 characters or more? If so, that would mean like 8 on 3 cores = 24 characters?

But where is the Point of having such core? Where u can just sell.
Would it have higher % of drop rate or what.
I just dont understand that imo pointless.

I think it is about the "Challenge" aspect of it. You can ONLY solo play it and rely on the drops.

You are correct, there should be an increase in;

Drop Quality
Drop Rate
Prof Gain (maybe)
Heavy Weapon drop rate like normal items, incl Comfrey / Potions / Rods & Totems (maybe)

Think above maybe contradictory to "Challenge"

Definitely agree that this game would benefit from an app version on the apple or google play store but I'm sure if njag was interested in that it would already have been in the works

Why not softcore bufcore too if we are randomly adding modes to the game?

What about easy mode? Everything that drops has maximum stats and triple the base damage, always. The drop rate is boosted and the monster difficulty is lowered...

Oh, and you would need a hardcore mode for that one too...


The game doesn't need another mode. I say this as someone who only plays bufcore style on hardcore. If you want to play bufcore style, just do it. There is not a big enough player base to add another mode (or two, as above) that maybe 5 to 10 people might play.
