since d2r was released, we have had an influx of new members posting in the wrong forums. some seem to not care at all where they post and boast that theyve posted everywhere. LS trade threads are being taken over with d2r sales posts. ive reported quite a few, but they are still displayed, and more people are following suit to post their d2r crap in LS trade forums.

What exactly is your problem with this?

Are there any repeat offenders that use it for [insert reason here]?

Over 35k people joined the site in the last 2 weeks, there are obviously going to be people don't know where to post and make mistakes.

my point is. its flooding the wrong forums. yes they need to be told. and some just simply do not GAF. 4 posts on the first page from the same user on hc trade forum.. thought the rules were a limit of 3? i had also said in every post that they were in the wrong forum for d2r..

Yeah, but what should we do about it? Add an IQ test before you can post in the ls section? There are no repeat offenders as far as I can tell so it’s pretty obvious that it comes down to a lot of new people making the same mistake.

How would you like to stop an infinite amount of people from making the same mistake?

Seriously though, everyone is entitled to the same mistakes you make in ‘12. The mods were not prepared for the d2r influx. It’s not hurting the LS community; if anything, it’s bring more attention to the community that has ~60 players online max at a time. More publicly for LS the better.

Report the violation and move on. No need to belabor the point, matters will be handled by appropriate authority
