I've always paid for guild point. Or given advances in gp payments to new players to help get started.

Back in 2010ish my best friend gave me 200fg to find mq items. I got a 100ee 55club and 100ee tank plate.
And got me in a guild that pays 25fg per gp.

(I fricken Passed my first mq too)
So I played samurai with like no gear.
That guild and my dedication is the sole reason I still play.
Even with crap gear I knew, eventually, I'd afford good stuff if I kept with it
I saved up and bought a 146ee lvl 50 sword (which I still have!)

I know 25fg isn't a ton per gp. But it's the same oppurtunity I was given, so I try to pay it forward.
Idk how long I can sustain it. But I'll do whatever I can to keep the game alive. I honestly don't care about the guild points for my guild.

But I did put it in the charter saying I pay 25..

I'm not trying to compete with other paying guilds, or poach slashers either. So if you see guildless players or players in need

They pay 25 per, but I invest in the player and help them get setup and able to climb solo or group.

25 per vs not getting to explore climbs or get help with gear is really worth it?

Idk if you know this. But masterhash. Joined my guild. I gave him approx 600fg to help him start.
And gave him a 200fg advance in gps.

And I randomly just send him fg when I need to even myself lol.

He constantly reaches out for help and advice. And we are boys now. Lol I'd let him use anything of mine.

I have gear sets for every class as well and I let the trustworthy use them.

I honestly think it about the right fit.
If someone was going for competitive speed climbs. There def is guilds for that. Such as yours. Where you run climbs all the time.

I'd eventually like to run guild climbs but I'm more into getting people on their feet

I've spent thousands buying sets and helping. We ain't always doing speed climbs. We actually explore a lot.
