i maked that , what mute max can i do , i tryed lvl 25 magical dont work ;(

need lvl 26, for lvl 30 items u need mute lvl 31 etc.

You need one more rank to do magical 25s

You can technically do +2 tiers -1 magical type. (But this doesnt work for the relic+ items tho)

The highest you should be able to do atm if im not wrong should be "Epic Level 20"
