I think I am understanding your question, let me know if I misinterpreted.

As you purchase items from the marketplace, you shouldn’t be paying a fee unless you have prior communication with the seller that there is agreement you are paying for their selling fee.

As you sell items in the marketplace, it’s a 5% fg fee. Which is applied after the item is sold, between 1-19.99 fg
If above 20 fg, you pay the 5% fee upfront.
