Hi folks,

I see attack for 1 H is 1 sec and for 2 H is 2 sec.
Dmg is doubled.

Meaning 1H and 2H are exactly the same.

True?

More about if you can take the hits in between your attacks.

Any heavies with quick draw helps solve it

Normal weapons hit more often meaning you charge abilities faster. Also I could be wrong on this but heavies have higher base damage which I would think would make enhanced effect on them scale damage higher.

False. 2 handed weapons are 1.8 seconds :)

Decreased Heavy Weapon attack speed from 2 seconds to 1.8 seconds

Delay for heavy weapons is 1,5 when I'm not mistaken. The problem in group climbs is, that you are never allowed to attack the last monsters, otherwise you got a delay at the next wave and can't use your ability correctly

When it comes to quick draw it's Amazing as a side mod, but not worth dropping statts for it Imo. The nice addition to it is, that when you kill a monster with a hit QD will "cancel" the delay and you will be able to attack a different monster instantly, this works works with normal weapons as well.

The down side is, that "charges with weapon" abilities stack slower with heavys, the food thing is "charges with hit taken" ability charge the same as with normal weapons but due to the higher base damage on Heavys you will deal ALOT more damage

TY to my awesome pass rate on Pali I was able to do some damage testing this season. Multi + a "non deep red" ability (so revenge until HH) still seems to give you the highest damage numbers.

Hmm just 1.8 sec means that dmg is higher, else it would be exactly the same if it would be 2 sec.

Thanks, drops are rare for 2 H :(

Very rare, and to transmute them they require 2x the essences.

Not necessarily. Depends how you look at it I guess.

Sheet damage- yes it shows dealing more damage, but something I’ve noticed is the damage from Heavies is sometimes overkill compared to what’s needed to kill a monster. And as 4ndr3as already stated, abilities charge a lot slower compared to 1H, which is what gives 1H users the bulk of their sheet damage if they are using them at appropriate intervals.

That being said, if you can finesse your clicks and targets accordingly, you can hang in there damage-wise with any 1H user even with lower EE heavy weapons.

I am playing buffcore on HC and am wondering whether I try to play only 2H.

Its hard as all is self-found ...
