Let's start giving a reason to people or saying full instead of kicking new people. Some guilds are trying to get new people into ladder slasher. It's very rude and makes the new players not want to play.
I am 100% guilty of doing the same thing. Anywho, good luck on drops and mqs everyone.

Even if your in a rush and 100% have to kick, atleast send the person a whisper with reason.

Also, new people need to ask if full when joining.

Is/was more a right of passage. Getting kicked out of groups for no reason and no response. So its up to player if they want to solo climb to get better gear, be noticed as a regular to get into group climbs.

Xanderman was a good example. In a dead guild, he got rejected so much and ended up getting into Laby. for their g/o climbs.


So if they stick around, they will eventually get in. Perseverance.

Never been kicked that i recall.

I got kicked by EE a few times before they asked me to join them. Lol

Same for me, but atleast I would get a messege from slush.
was/is the worse he would kick you and wouldn't think twice.



Some of them don't have the best gear but are good clickers and still manage decent damage.

Maybe also was the idea of someone quitting who had really good gear. Selling to a new player who can afford it, quitting after a few weeks and just rots. But that doesnt seem to matter to the sell outs anymore?

If you have the lead you just do whatever you feel you should. Simple.
The one who kicks will be labeled of asshole, not the one who gets kicked, so we can do at our own risk I suppose.
