more life steal combination whitch str or more strenght whitch life steal i mean the run , what does be faster kiling , or killing again regen

Suprised I understood this. Its from whatever life you take away from monster when you hit. Any dmg dealt in excess of the monster's remaining health won't be leeched I believe

edit: not sure, but taking a guess that life steal % is more effective than low life steal % and high dmg

Its based on damage not any particular stat.
And it was nerfed years ago so it barely works now.

life steal is bad.

when you do damage to monster, a chance from 1% to the item % of damage comes back as life to you.

used to be good 10 years ago.
