it means that the skill charges with the times you heal yourself.

With any heal did you on you wich is not an ability. Doesn't matter if it's you or someone else.

Have to be healed with a charm thought. So this does not work with life steal/LPA or anything

i messed up then i thought it would owrk with LS or LOH :(

Not 100% certain on this, but in the past, it is faster to charge up when another person heals you in the group compared to you healing yourself.

when i re roll my champ (71+) can i reselect new ablityies? or does this carry over?

yes, after the Masterquest you will start over at lvl 1 again and all your stats/abilities will be reset (profs will remain)

Do not start over.

1. Either look for better ee (enhanced effect) weapon and armor in the marketplace (clubs/staffs tend to be cheaper so you can get more ee. Same goes for chains/plates). The weekend typically has a larger selection and typically cheaper prices than the weekdays, most of the time).

2. Keep them both as a mule (you can find/purchase extra equipment slot - ees items to help them carry more stuff) and create a new character to look for maps/low lvl gear to sell and keep doing this until you run out of mules. Then reset the last mule when he gets too tough to play.
