question 1) you dont rly make fg with fishing or skilling in general
sure fishes are probably the most reliable way to make some, but you need atleast Tier 2 fishs to make some fg, and the you get like 250-350 life/mana ones, while 3k life / 1fg or 2k mana / 1fg so we talk about 20-30 fishs per fg, sure it gets better with later lvls, but i wouldnt recommand it ....( glyphing same as fishing, transmuting will give most return back when you start to do T3 or higher )

Q3 hyrid builds are dead, you either go 40vit and goes all in on int, early lvl you can play melee but lvl 45+ is pure casting ( wouldnt recommand it too, you need gear in the 30k+ range to make it feel good )
so go the easy route
grab Tank Armors + Sword + Str charm and you are a decent tank
