I dont play a ton. But logged in and character shows level 0 and when I try to click it? It just takes me to the character creation screen

Luckily I was only level 5 but is this a normal thing?

I play on android phone if that helps

The ladder got reset due to passing his alchemist. Everyone gets reset to feeder and the market is cleared at this time.
