Are the calculations correct in reference to 50% of the Highest Enhance Effect % of the Item Tier level (excluding overspawns +)

Tier V = 50% EE = 50%
Tier VI = 60% EE = 50%

Thanks all for confirming this, and for those that wonder why I asked this question, it is based on the fact that 50% is the AVERAGE % Enhanced effect of that tier do drop... so... we may post an item in the Avg drop thread being a Tier III with 55% Enhanced effect, is actually above average for the % EE that tier would get, so to compare average... this would be 30% ee Tier III item.

It is NOT rocket science. Just logical.

You’re taking the word average too literally my friend. The average drop thread would be for items that are average in terms of useability. A tier 3 item with 30% ee would not be average. It’s well below average in terms of useability. I understand you’re a “prof farmer” and don’t mind using shitty items but the fact of the matter is a 55 ee tier 3 item would cost 1-3 fg so why would you bother with a 30% ee item?
