not sure if there was ever a post made about the objectives. I know some can only be triggered with 2 players in said group, some require 3 or more.. and some will not trigger in solo..

Im just trying to make a list for myself/share with the community so i know offhand what higher tier objectives to be weary of while soloing on HC.

ty both! ive never experienced ambush or 4 corners.. ive had ambush enabled quite a few times, just never hit it.. im assuming it is kind of like pinch, but obviously has more than 3ep(solo)?

thank you.. i was thinking about it, and thought it had to be labeled ambush for a reason.. was curious if it spawned a full screen of ep on solo; which would be instant RIP for me on my monk :s

Ambush is just a normal 3 ep wave with some serious damage reduction going on at times. Sometimes it just a normal eps wave, sometimes it reduces your max dmg to the lower range of your weapon. No idea how it works, not in any way dangerous if you can handle a normal 3 ep wave.

Avoid four corners, I don’t think that there is any gear that exists on either cores that will allow you to solo it in an easy way.

It's called ambush because they get a "sneak attack" on you

Had ambush pop up last solo climb as a monk. I ran.

After reading this, I probably could have done it but still, it scared the shit outa me lol.

Hadn't dealt with ambush in about 6 years so instinct told me to boogie out of dodge.

Ambush is weak AF after the nervs. Imo it's easier than any other 3 spawn (solo) or 9 spawn (group)
