Anyone have a list of certain stats on gear that should be kept? Other than EE, I’m not to sure what stats sell. Thank you in advance :)

I dont know about an existing list for this but :

Basically you need to watch out for main stats like Enhanced Effect, dexterity, strength and intelligence (always depening on the item type ofc).
The only side mode with single value i can think of, is magic luck.

+ Dexterity
+ Intelligence
+ Magic Luck
+ Life Regen (not worth much, looking for 14 minimum)
+ Mana Regen (not worth much, looking for 14 minimum)
+ Extra Equipment Slots
+ Jubilance (needs max at level 20+, or close to max for level 40+ doesn't sell for much even with a good roll)

Decent adds: Alone these stats are worth nothing, but are the adds which can make an item be worth picking up, i.e a 15 int 600 mana level 30 robe would get a lot of interest.
+ Max Mana (combos with intel, so a mid roll of both on daggers/staffs/swords/robes could still be valuable)
+ % Experience Gained
+ Critical Strike
+ % Life Steal
+ % Mind Numb
+ % Armor Pierce
+ % Quick Draw
+ % Power Shot

Eventually you'll just learn from checking similar on MP.

Also worth noting that ALL level 35+ items on softcore will sell.
All level 25+ whites will sell and often level 20's also. (white is also known as a wellable, which has no stats, can be thrown into the well)

Obviously some of the stats are specific to certain items, a 40 strength level 25 club is only worth 2-5 fg, but 40 strength level 25 wild heal is worth 1.5k++
