While fighting sneaky on level 70, i change charms from acc. to main. then i noticed that its the same heal/damage in both slots. strange thing but a good thing for caster builds with can use their healchams with mods in main now.

So here the question is that a regular thing now and i havent read it in the game update notes or is this a bug, what is good for casters?! mods still works like usual in acc. means they dont work!

It just shows the same amount of damage/healing in your character screen, the accessory does reduced healing/damage. It just doesnt update that screen or to the shown damage/healing in your inventory so you'd have to apply the reduction yourself

100% correct. The penalty is not shown
